Sarah is one of the most successful and respected leaders in the TV industry. She has created, delivered and grown some of the biggest hits of the last 10 years from Love Island to I’m a Celebrity. Prior to setting up Mettlemouse she was Global Head of Unscripted at Lime Pictures running both the UK and US offices. Sarah oversaw the continued success of long running hits The Only Way is Essex, Geordie Shore and Celebs Go Dating. She also led on the creation and delivery of new shows such as Dance Monsters, True Love or True Lies and Stand up and Deliver. Prior to Lime Sarah worked at ITV studios on shows such as Hell’s Kitchen, Saturday Night Takeaway and I’m a Celebrity but most notably relaunched and show ran the international smash hit and bafta award winning Love Island.

Shaun is one of the most versatile creative heads in TV having developed and produced shows across multiple genres including entertainment, factual, reality & comedy. Prior to joining Mettlemouse he was Chief Creative Officer at Youngest Media and launched Youngest North. During his time at Youngest he created and exec produced shows such as Moneybags, HouseShare and Jon Snow’s Very Hard Questions. Before that Shaun was Creative Director at Electric Ray overseeing the creation of shows such as Bromans, Million Pound Menu, Doodlebugs, Alone at Home and Call That Hard Work. He also co-created Pointless and The Almost Impossible Gameshow during his time as Head of Entertainment at Endemol (where he first met Sarah on Big Brother, working together to turn George Galloway into a cat).

Emma is one of the most respected production heads in the industry with an impeccable track record of delivering some of the biggest shows in the world. Prior to joining Mettlemouse, she held the role of HoP at both Betty and Bandicoot, overseeing company operations and helming unscripted production across shows such as such as The Masked Singer and Wheeler Dealers. Previous to that she was with Objective Media Group for several years as Production Executive managing multiple start-up unscripted labels and their output. Working in Production Management for over two decades, Emma spent six years working in Australia with Fremantle, Shine Australia and ITV, giving her valuable experience working from development through to production on global hits such as The Mole, X Factor and Top Gear. Other previous credits include The Cube, Flirty Dancing, Gordon, Gino & Fred’s Road Trip, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Gladiators and Bear Grylls' Mission Survive.

Margaux brings over 17 years of production management experience and a genuine love for unscripted television. She began her career in 2003 at Endemol, spending several years working on early reality favourites including Fame Academy, The Match, The Farm and Soccer Aid, gaining hands‑on experience as the genre evolved. She went on to work with a range of independent production companies such as Monkey Kingdom, Whizz Kid, Shine and Princess Productions. Her credits span development and production across multiple genres, from live daytime and music shows to comedy, live events and factual entertainment. Previous credits also include Sunday Brunch, The Wright Stuff, Ashley Banjo’s Secret Street Crew, Sound, The Nokia Green Room, A Comedy Roast and The Saturday Show.

Abi is an experienced Development Producer and reality show addict. Across her career, she has developed shows across various genres – including fact-ent, reality, shiny-floor studio, and lifestyle. Before joining Mettlemouse, Abi was part of the development team at Hungry Bear Media where she helped with the development of Gladiators for BBC1, Joe and Katherine’s Bargain Holidays and Me and The Voice in My Head both for C4. Prior to that, Abi worked in international development at Banijay where she helped their 120+ labels to share and elevate their non-scripted paper formats, orchestrating global platform briefings and running international idea generation workshops. Notably, she helped in the development of dating series “Save the Date," which has since travelled across multiple territories, and even more exciting, resulted in a real-life marriage and baby! Abi was named as one of Broadcast's Hot Shots 2025.
